Reduced rates and no up front deposits
Payment
Zero (0.00%) deposit is required when making a booking.
For bookings more than 4-6 weeks in advance you will be contacted between 2-4 weeks
before the arrival date to re-confirm the booking and a small deposit of 10-20% may be required.
Relaxed deposit requirements also applies to the 'normal' high season
where a minimal deposit may be required 2-3 months before the date of arrival.

- American Express & Diners Cards
- Direct Bank Deposits/ /EFT
- Cash Deposits into our bank account.
The CREDIT CARD that is used to make a payment will be required for verification upon check in as per legal requirements by the banks and financial institutions. No check in will be possible without verification or unless alternative arrangements were communicated and confirmed in writing beforehand.
TRAVEL AGENTS & REGULAR BUSINESS CLIENTS
No deposit required.
A written confirmation will be issued upon receiving a valid travel agent voucher, company order or clear written instruction.
Invoicing will be done according to our standard procedures on the day of check out.
Pro-forma invoices will be issued and made available upon request.
We do accept same-day bookings.
The cut-off time for ONLINE same-day bookings is 18:00
Check in time - 14:00
Check Out time - 10:00
Early check ins or late check outs will be considered upon request but is subject to practicalities
around other bookings. Early luggage drop off or late collection is welcome.
Cancellation Policy
- Forfeit 100% of deposit if guest cancels 14 days before arrival
- Forfeit 50% of deposit if guest cancels 30 days before arrival
(this only applies where any payments have been made and
WILL NOT APPLY to any Covid-19 related cancellations or legal restrictions that may forbid traveling).
