Reservations

1.Travel Agents and Business Travelers
Confirmation is subject to receiving a valid travel agent voucher, 
Or a company order, 
Or business authorization in writing.
No deposit is required.
Invoicing is done on the day of check out.
Pro-forma invoices on request.

2. Leisure Holiday Travelers

2.1 Peak Season
A 50% deposit is required 2-3 months before the arrival date. 
The balance is due 14-21 days before the arrival date.

2.2 Mid and Low Seasons
Reservations are kept upon a written confirmation received.
We require a 30% deposit 3-4 weeks before the arrival date.
The balance is due any time before or on the arrival date.

2.3 Flexibility 
Deposits may be waived for returning visitors upon request.
Duly communicated when a booking is made. 

2.4 We accept same day Bookings
The cut-off time for ONLINE same-day bookings is 18:00

Check in time - 14:00
Check Out time - 10:00

Early check ins or late check outs are considered on request, subject to access to vacant rooms. Luggage drop off or late collection is welcome.

Payment options

We accept: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, EFT and Cash.
Or pay online with your preferred payment method.
Bank transfers and EFT have to be verified and cleared before checking in.

3D-secure pre-authorized credit card payments are safe and preferred.
The CREDIT CARD used to make a payment is required for verification upon check, if not 3D-secure.
No check in will be possible without verification, unless alternative arrangements were communicated and confirmed in writing beforehand.

Refunds 
Deposits less bank charges/fees are refunded in full when guests are unable to travel due to personal health or travel restrictions imposed by authorities. 
Supporting evidence is required.

Grace Period
No fees are charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours after a booking was made.

Cancellation Policy

Forfeit 100 % of the Booking Total if canceled 14 days or less before the arrival date.
Forfeit 100 % of the Deposit if canceled 30 days or less before the arrival date.

Low Season and Winter
Flexible

Non Refundable
The total price of the reservation will be charged if a ‘Non Refundable Booking’ is cancelled at any time.

No Show
If a guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
